Live from Munich : High End 2016, Part 10 - The Preamplifiers

Hi!

In this post I am going to introduce the preamps used in our demo system at this years High End in Munich.





The preamp is split into phono stage (right) and line stage (left).




Each has it's own dedicated power supply.




The phono is the brand new fully differential LCR phono preamplifier.




It uses an array of 8 Telefunken EC8020 triodes.




The line preamp is the trusted and well proven 10Y line stage.




During the first days we used globe UX210 tubes made by RCA.







Yesterday we switched to the more modern ST shape 10Y made by General Electric.
