The Heritage Line Preamplifier

 Hi!

This blog has not seen new posts in a while since I mostly moved to Instagram and Facebook for updates. Follow me there if you want to see more about tubes and new builds and also some video clips of gear playing music. Today I am showing some photos of the newly finished heritage linestage.

This version in all black.

Heritage line stages can be ordered for use with different DHT tubes. However this one like the vast majority is configured for 10Y or 801A. It can use any of the related tube types: 10, 10Y, VT25, VT25A, 801, 801A, VT62, 1602, UX210, CX310.

The power supplies are housed in a separate chassis. The high voltage is tube rectified. All supplies including the low voltage filament are choke input filtered.

The rectifier tubes are placed inside the PSU chassis so that the linestage section can be stacked on top of it.

The Heritage line stages uses transformer volume control and have low impedance outputs which can also drive 300 Ohm headphones. Headphone jacks can be had on request.

Send an email for inquiries about your very own Heritage line stage. More info on my product site and in previous posts.

Best regards

Thomas
