Live from Denmark : ETF 2016 - Part 21, The Auction

Hi!

At every ETF the Auction is the most anticipated and last point on the program. Emile ran the auction again as last year.

Participants are encouraged to donate stuff to the auction. Everything is displayed on a table for inspection before the event starts. The proceeds are used to run next years ETF.

Bjorn gives an introduction:

And then Emile takes over:

Like every year Emile knows how to heat up the bidding, here with a pair of Tribute transformers:

He knows how to turn everything into gold, like old measuring equipment:

Tubes of course are always sought after.

And anything with alcohol in it:

The highlight was this piece of ETF history:

The tubes which were made for the ETF 2006 along with the amp which was built for it.

As the last item a pair pf ELROG 300Bs was offered:

This has been an absolutely great ETF again. I'd like to thank everybody for bringing and showing all this phantastic gear, for the great talks, music and fun. And of course a big thumbs up to the Danish organisers who pulled of a magnificent event again!

See you all next year at St. Helene!

Best regards

Thomas
